  • What are your hours?
    Our office hours are M-F 9:00 am to 5:30 pm & Saturday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, but once you are a storage customer you will have 24 hour 7 day a week access to your unit.


  • Are you open on Sundays?
    No Our office is not open on Sundays however you have 24 hour access to your storage unit every day of the week.


  • Do you have storage supplies and boxes.
    Yes we have a full line of storage supplies including boxes.


  • What are your prices?
    We do not post our prices because they are subject to change based on market conditions. We are committed to being competive with other storage facilaties in our area. We are the newest storage facility in Yukon, OK and offer serveral services not available at other locations.


  • What do I need to rent a unit?
    You need to be at least 18 years of age and have a valid identification source; a driver's license, military ID, passports or student ID.


  • Do you rent moving equipment?
    Yes, We do rent U-Haul trucks, trailers, all types of dollies and furniture pads. We also LOAN moving dollies to our storage customers to assist with your move.


  • How secure are your storage units?
    We utilize one of the best security systems available. Everyone entering and leaving the property is recorded by our security cameras. Each customer has a personalized security code and the property is under 24 hour survillance. Aside from those measures, we also utilize a 'cylinder lock system'. Unlike traditional designs, this system cannot be cut through, which makes it far more difficult to break into a unit. We have not suffered any vandalism or break-ins.


  • What is the Business Exchange Logo for?
    The Team National Business Exchange logo lets our customers know that aditional discounts are available for Team National members. To become a Team National member please contact Rick Opitz at (405)354-STAR(7827).


  • Do you offer vehicle parking?
    We offer a variety of options from drive in units to regular parking spaces at our locations. We also have covered RV parking.


  • To whom and when do I pay m y bill?
    Rent is prepaid monthly, and is due on the first day of each calendar month. You will have the ability to make the payment in person, by mail or automatic payment using a credit or debit cards.


  • How do I estimate the amount of space I need?
    Our Storage Unit Professionals can assist you in finding the appropriate size unit for you needs. You should plan a visit to our location, to tour our site and meet with one of our staff; this is the best way to determine the most efficient size and packing methods for your individual needs. Don't be concerned if you reserve a smaller or larger space than you initially need. We will be happy to accommodate a change in your storage unit size.


  • Do I need my own lock?
    Locks are provided with a $10 deposit. Our locks are the best quality made from hardened steel.


  • Do you rent moving trucks?
    Yes, We are a U-Haul truck rental facility. We have trucks, trailers dollies and other supplies.


  • Can you also move my belongings?
    We do not provide moving services however our Site Storage Professionals will be able to recommend several reliable moving companies in your area.
